Frank Conway is an experienced and respected real estate and technology operator and investor who brings operational rigor to 890 Capital. Frank has spent 10+ years working in sales, strategy and operational roles across companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune-500s.
Frank approaches each interaction with a focus on mutually beneficial partnerships that result in win-win-win scenarios for investors, borrowers and 890. He is dedicated to long-term wealth-building for the company’s investors, by combining integrity and diligence to ensure their capital remains secure while growing steadily. He is equally committed to the company’s borrowers.
Caleb Pearson is one of the most recognized real estate experts in Charleston, largely due to his competitive spirit, 15+ years of experience and passion for his clients. Caleb ran the number one RE/MAX Team in South Carolina from 2018 through 2024, before moving over to eXp Realty in 2025. He has sold over 1,250 homes in his career, and has bought, renovated and flipped over 400 properties. Caleb has also raised over $20,000,000 in capital since beginning his career, successfully completing multiple large commercial projects and returning reliably strong returns to investors.
After graduating from Randolph College in VA, where Caleb majored in Economics and was a three-year starter on the Randolph College basketball team, he grew strong ties to the Charleston area and pursued a career in real estate. Over the past 15 years, Caleb’s drive, leadership and impeccable sales record have allowed him to build a talented team of real estate experts.
Carrie Putman brings over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and banking to her role as CFO at 890 Capital. A graduate of Arizona State University with specializations in Finance, Banking Management, and Accounting, Carrie is known for her precision, integrity, and deep commitment to financial clarity and compliance.
Since founding her own successful bookkeeping firm, she has supported a wide range of businesses, from startups to established companies, through services including full-cycle accounting, cash flow strategy, payroll, tax compliance, and internal process optimization. Her analytical rigor and client-first mindset ensure that financial systems are built for both accuracy and strategic insight.
Beyond the numbers, Carrie is deeply engaged in community service and nonprofit initiatives. When she’s not managing ledgers or financial strategy, she enjoys hiking with her four dogs, reading, bowling league nights, and cheering on her daughter at softball games.
At 890 Capital, Carrie plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, investor confidence, and long-term fiscal health.
